Things you need to know
- Telstra Dynamic Connect uses certain network types that may not be available in all areas.
- Provision of an SLA on wireless services is subject to a successful survey of your site, and whether the wireless connection continues to meet acceptable signal levels throughout the usage period.
- If Telstra Dynamic Connect will be installed at a site owned by a third-party, you will need to assist us with arranging access and relevant site approval contacts.
- Telstra Dynamic Connect uses standard software modules supplied by Telstra. If you wish to operate your own software containers these need to be pre-approved by Telstra and may attract additional fees.
- Installation of Telstra Dynamic Connect may also require installation of new carriage (Telstra Fibre, Dynamic 5G etc) which can attract additional installation charges.
