Things you need to know
Data and bonus data: This is for use in Australia only. All data is shareable with eligible data sharing services on the same account. Any data allowance data expires at the end of each billing month.
Eligibility: Eligibility conditions apply to this offer. Standard retail price and conditions on your selected plan will apply until your discount application is successful.
Bonus data: Will remain on your account until you recontract, cancel your plan or move to an ineligible plan. Unused data expires monthly.
Voice2Text: Included in $199 Business Premium Mobile and Business Premium Lease plans. $10/mth on Business Mobile and Business Lease Mobile plans. Business Casual Mobile and Business BYO Mobile Plans. To activate Voice2Text you add this product to your shopping cart.
Business Mobile Plans: Some usage is excluded, such as calls/SMS/MMS to premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers), 1234, 12455 and 12456 numbers, some satellite numbers, content charges and use overseas. Unused allowances expire monthly. If you use your International calls/SMS for things not included in your allowance, or for non-eligible countries, International call rates will apply.

Data Sharing: Your monthly data allowance will be shared between all eligible services on the same account. Your Data Share SIM cannot be used in a mobile handset.
Extra Data: If you go over your Monthly Data Allowance, we automatically add data to your allowance for that month in 1GB blocks for $10 per GB. Extra Data is for use in Australia with eligible plans, is shared between eligible data sharing services on your account and expires at the end of that billing month. If you take up a new Business plan, or request Extra Data for your account, we’ll switch all eligible services on your account to Extra Data (which will replace the old per MB charging model for those services moving forward).
Delivery: You must be at your nominated address with ID to receive delivery of your phone.
StayConnected Advanced™ for Business: We’ll normally provide a refurbished device that is the same model as your current device or a similar device. To swap your device, you must return it within 14 days of receiving the replacement device or pay a non-return fee. Your original device must be returned with all activation and device locking features (e.g. Find My iPhone on iOS 7 devices) disabled or you may be charged an Inoperable Device Fee. The IMEI of your original device may be blocked and all content will be wiped. Mobile Security and Data Protection features vary by device operating system and version. 2020 AFL/AFLW/NRL/Football/Netball streaming: All Telstra Post-Paid Mobile, Pre-Paid Mobile and Mobile Broadband customers are eligible.
