Things you need to know

  1. Connection charge for each additional service connected at the same time (same premises, same customer).
  2. Temporary connection charge applies if your phone service is connected for three months or less. If you cancel your service within three months, you will need to pay the $100 difference between the Standard and Temporary Connection charges.
  3. Additional charges may apply for items such as: cabling past the main distribution frame (MDF) or first socket where no MDF exists; trenching; or more difficult installations.
