Yes. Each of your users must have one of the below pre-requisite licences for Microsoft 365 before they can use Telstra Calling for Office 365.
No. Telstra Calling for Office 365 plans are month-to-month and no minimum contract commitment is required. Separate agreements made with Telstra may include minimum commitment periods.

Yes. Your Microsoft 365 tenancy can be located within some regions outside of Australia. We can advise of the regions supported when you apply for Telstra Calling for Office 365.

You can use standard full national phone numbers (i.e. 02 xxxx xxxx, or 03 xxxx xxxx) with your Telstra Calling service. When you apply for Telstra Calling for Office 365, we’ll assess and validate the eligibility of your existing numbers.
No special or premium 1300 or 1800 numbers can be allocated directly into Microsoft 365. However, these numbers can be purchased separately and then redirected to the full national phone number associated with your Telstra Calling service.
With Telstra Calling for Office 365, you can make calls to and from landlines and mobiles via Microsoft Teams. Calling capabilities include local, long distance, calls to mobile, audio or video calls.
Yes. With Telstra Calling, you can make international long-distance calls via Microsoft Teams.
No. Telstra Calling for Office 365 is only available to users based in Australia. Those users who are based in Australia may use Telstra Calling overseas for short periods of time, however, the performance of Telstra Calling may be compromised when accessed via international carrier networks.
Yes. Telstra must be a CSP for your Microsoft 365 service to provide support required for Telstra Calling for Office 365. Telstra must therefore remain an ongoing administrator of your tenancy for the duration of your Telstra Calling subscription.
Telstra also reserves the right to cancel your Telstra Calling for Office 365 subscription if it becomes an unsupported service configuration.
In addition to this, all current and future pre-requisite Microsoft 365 licences must be linked to the Telstra Calling for Office 365 licences in your Microsoft Administrator portal.

Yes. Your Telstra Calling support desk contact details will be sent to you when your service has been commissioned.
