No, you can subscribe to our Tech Services so long as you have an ABN.

Yes, you can cancel at any time – but you will need to pay any charges you owe up to the point of cancellation. This may include the full month charge of $60 for the current billing cycle. You’ll continue to have access until the end of that month (No credit issued).

Any technology that helps you operate your business and engage with your customers is a tech solution. Common tech solutions include software systems, data protection and cyber security services, and internet services. 

When you subscribe to Business Tech Services, our over-the-phone team of Australian-based experts can assist you with installing and managing all the above, plus more.

An IT solution, or information technology solution, is what we call a set of related software programs and/or services that are sold as a single package. Many IT solutions for business include both products and services, such as a modem and accompanying internet service.

Business tier Telstra Business Tech Services

Available to new and existing Telstra Business Tech Services subscription customers who are eligible for business tier benefits. Benefit will expire if not activated before the end of the membership year. Redeemable once per customer account. This benefit may be withdrawn at Telstra’s discretion, at any time, without notice.

Telstra Business Tech Services are not available for some devices and software. The cost of any software/hardware is not included in the price of the service and you are responsible for any data charges incurred in using the service. In store or in-premise support is not included as part of this service. Assessments exclude an IT security assessment. Fair Use Policy applies.

Support for service faults is included in your Broadband, Business or Mobile service when purchased from Telstra.
