Joining Telstra Plus
You must be over 18 and have an eligible service on a Telstra business and/or consumer account to join. Excludes Telstra enterprise and corporate accounts. Points expire 3 years from earning. Marketing opt-in required (preferences can be changed).
Business Tier Telstra Business Tech Services
Available to new and existing Telstra Business Tech Services subscription customers who are eligible for Business tier benefits. Benefit will expire if not activated before the end of the membership year. Redeemable once per customer account. This benefit may be withdrawn at Telstra’s discretion, at any time, without notice.
Telstra Business Tech Services are not available for some devices and software. The cost of any software/hardware is not included in the price of the service and you are responsible for any data charges incurred in using the service. In store or in-premise support is not included as part of this service. Assessments exclude an IT security assessment. Fair Use Policy applies.
Support for service faults is included in your Broadband, Business or Mobile service when purchased from Telstra.
