Service transfer application

We’ll only transfer the home phone number you list in this application. Your service with your current provider must remain active until after the verification step is complete. All fields are required unless marked otherwise.

If you have an existing contract when you transfer your number, your current provider may cancel your contract and charge you an early termination fee, among other costs.
