Resume your services

You can use this form to request to resume one or multiple services that you previously suspended.

Before you begin:

  • You will need your account details for the services you are requesting to resume. You can find this information on your bill. The number starts with 2000.
  • It can take up to 1-2 business days for the services to be connected and working on our network.

  • This is available for services on your personal account which account numbers start with '2000'.
  • You won't be able to use the service to make/receive calls or SMS or use data.
  • You'll be able to retain your number and you can reconnect the service at any time.
  • You will receive a rebate on your monthly bill for the monthly plan fees for the service while suspended.
  • You will continue to see the monthly charges for the service on the bill, however the rebate will offset these charges (excluding device charges).
  • You will need to continue to pay for any device related charges.
  • If you suspend multiple services, you will see one rebate which covers all suspended services.
  • We will send you notifications to your preferred contact details of how you can reconnect.
  • If you would like to suspend multiple services across different account numbers, you'll need to complete this form for each account number.
