With flood waters rising across the nation, we’ve activated our disaster assistance packages for customers in impacted areas. Here’s what you need to know.

As the flood waters rise and cause damage, forcing families from their homes, we know those affected will be facing significant distress and disruption. It’s a difficult time for everyone in the community, and it’s vital for people to be able to stay in touch with family and friends.

Update (8 March, 2023): as the flood waters have now receded, we have concluded our disaster assistance packages for customers in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. For more information on how to prepare for a disaster, check out Telstra.com.
