Telstra Corporate Perks Offer Terms

The Telstra Corporate Perks Mobile Offer (Offer) provides you with a percentage discount off your minimum monthly fees for any Eligible Plan(s) on your eligible account during the Offer Period.

The Offer only extends to the base plan aspect of the Eligible Plan and does not include any add-ons, value added services (VAS), devices or accessories which may be purchased in conjunction with an Eligible Plan.

Eligibility

You will be eligible for the Offer if you: 

  • have an active Telstra consumer customer account (personal only) and Telstra ID;

  • have or take up a mobile service on an Eligible Plan;

  • are a current permanent employee of an Eligible Employer; and

  • have a corporate email address from an Eligible Employer.

An Eligible Employer is an organisation which has an active agreement in place with Telstra for the supply of Telstra Corporate Perks services.

Offer Period

The Offer will be valid for 24 months from the date that we activate your discount (Offer Period), unless you change all your services to a plan other than an Eligible Plan or cancel all of your services on an Eligible Plan. 

We reserve the right to change or withdraw all or any part of the Offer that you may be receiving at any time by providing you with 30 days written notice. If we reasonably believe that there has been a material breach of these terms by you, we may immediately suspend or cancel all or any part of the Offer. 

If we exercise our right to suspend or cancel the Offer, we will provide you with as much notice as is reasonable in the circumstances. In certain situations, it may not be practicable to give advance notice before exercising our rights. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as practicable after exercising this right. For clarity, if we decide to suspend all or part of the Offer, we will only do so for as long as the event giving rise to that right continues.

Renewals

Upon expiry of the Offer, you may continue to renew the Offer for additional 24-month periods, unless advised by us at the time of renewal (Additional Offer Period)

You will not be able to renew the Offer for an Additional Offer Period if:

  • you are no longer eligible for the Offer; or 

  • your employer is no longer an Eligible Employer.

Eligible Plans

The Offer is only available on Telstra branded Upfront Mobile handheld and mobile broadband plans (Eligible Plans) which can be found on our Telstra Sim Only Plans or as advised and varied by Telstra from time to time. If we make changes to the availability of the Offer on Eligible Plans, those changes will only come into effect after the expiry of the Offer Period.

Redemption

To redeem the discount under the Offer, you must provide us with proof of your eligibility by providing your valid corporate email address. 

We reserve the right to verify your information and eligibility for the Offer.

Telstra is not responsible for any failure to redeem the Offer due to any error, technical issues, or other factors beyond Telstra’s reasonable control.

Limitations

You can only have the Offer on one Telstra consumer customer account at a time. For example, if you have multiple Telstra consumer customer accounts, you can only have the Offer on one of those accounts.  

Any discount made available under the Offer is:

  • non transferrable. For example, if you change the ownership of a service to someone else, the Offer will no longer apply, and 

  • cannot be combined with any other account level discounts offered by us, unless expressly advised by us in writing. For example, if you have a Concession discount which applies to all services on your account, you will not be able to combine the Concession discount with the Offer discount. 

Discounts are applicable only from the time of activation and cannot be applied retroactively.

Telstra Plus

Telstra Plus points and rewards will be calculated based on total spend after all discounts, including the Offer discounts, have been applied.

Acknowledgement

By clicking “submit” and proceeding with the Offer, you acknowledge that if your application is accepted, it will be supplied on the terms and conditions below and you agree to comply with:

  • the Telstra Corporate Perks Offer Terms; and

  • Our Customer Terms. 

If there is an inconsistency between these Offer terms and Our Customer Terms, these Offer terms take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency.
