Managing your bills

Compare bills
Compare your current bill to 18 months of historical bills to identify variances and analyse cost and usage trends.
- Go to the view bills tab.
- Select the month and bill you wish to compare.
- Select View Account Activity.
- Select box “display breakdown” detailed statement to view additional billing categories.
- Click on “compare” drop down menu to select number of months you wish to compare.
- Click “view account activity”
- Table will display bill comparison charges amongst each month.
- Select download icon to extract report in CSV format if required.
Download a bill
NOTE: To download or view bills for digital accounts starting with “700” please refer to T Connect to download.
You can download an electronic copy of your PDF bill as a summary or in more detail:
- Select View Bills tab.
- Select the month you wish to view from the drop-down menu.
- Select the account you would like to download from list of accounts.
- Select View Bill and choose the format you would like to download.
- Message will appear on screen "click to download bill". A PDF copy of your bill will be downloaded.
**NOTE:
For a detailed bill, select view bill
For a summary bill, select view account summary
Grouping bills
NOTE: To download or view bills for digital accounts starting with “700” please refer to T Connect to download.
You can group bills that fall into a specific category (For example, Day of Month Due or Payment Status)
- Select view bills
- Click on “More” to select grouping options
- Select the grouping options from the group and subgroup dropdown lists.
- Select update view.
- Bills will be displayed with selected grouping options
Schedule an email bill
NOTE: To download or view bills for Digital accounts starting with “700” please refer to T Connect to download.
You can schedule a copy of your bill to be delivered via email to you and others in your organisation.
- From home page, select the view bills tab.
- Select the account or accounts you wish to schedule email bill for.
- Select request bills. This will redirect you to the download tab.
- Select “current months bill” from the bill date dropdown to ensure the latest bills are delivered.
- Under frequency select monthly.
- Select the bill format you require e.g. summary or detailed Bill.
- You can select to send report to additional recipients.
- If you need to send to more than one recipient, place semi-colon after each email address.
- Submit request
- You will automatically be directed to the download centre tab.
- The scheduled bill will now be listed under pending requests.
**NOTE:
Current or previous months should be selected when requesting the bill to be emailed monthly.
Always select 2 days post bill date as email date.
Viewing a single bill
NOTE: To download or view bills for digital accounts starting with “700” please refer to T Connect to download.
To view the summary or detail of one bill.
- Select the viewbBills tab.
- Select the month from the drop-down menu.
- Tick the box next to the bill you want to view.
- Select view account activity.
- From the display breakdown drop-down select summary or detailed view.
**NOTE: Viewer can now drill down further into the bill using hyperlinks on the detailed view.
Viewing consolidated bills
Consolidate all, or a group of bills to see the total charges.
When you’re looking at a list of Bills, check the boxes for the bills you want to see in as a total amount.
- Select the view bills tab.
- Select the month from the drop-down menu.
- Select the boxes next to all bills you wish to view.
- Select view account activity.
- From the display breakdown drop-down select summary or detailed view.
- Click view account activity.
- Charges will be displayed in consolidated view.
