As part of our strategy to provide our customers with a modular, curated, self-service and simplified product portfolio, at times we undertake reviews of older products and services. We previously advised your organisation - in December 2022, June 2024 and August 2024 – that some of our mobile plans would be discontinued on 15 November 2024. Since then, we've been working closely with customers to migrate services on those plans to alternative products.
- For non-Government customers, services that have not been migrated or cancelled by 15 November 2024 will be disconnected
- For Government customers, please engage with your Telstra Representative to make arrangements.
High-risk services attached to these plans must be migrated NOW to ensure service continuity. This includes services used for emergency services or medical alert devices, or by vulnerable end users.
If you have not yet made arrangements to migrate or cancel these services, or require further support, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers can continue to make changes to existing services on these plans until 15 November 2024.

We recommend migrating services to our new Adaptive Mobility offering which enables access to high speed and high capacity 5G. Adaptive Mobility is a simple, flexible, and modular Mobile, Mobile Broadband and Enterprise Wireless solution now built on our new and upgraded digital platform.
There will be no impact to services before 15 November 2024, and customers can continue to make changes to existing services on these plans until 15 November 2024.
