You would have already received some communications from Telstra, so we wanted to ensure that you're kept well informed about the changes that Telstra is making, so that you can plan for your business needs during this period.

After 30 June 2024, the following Enterprise mobile categories will be discontinued, and no longer available.

  • Business Mobile Advantage Plans
  • Business Mobile Plus Plan

No impact to your services on the above mentioned categories from now until 01 April 2024.

However,  from 01 April 2024, customers on the above mobile categories will no longer be able to make changes to their existing services.

We recommend migrating to our new Adaptive Mobility offering which enable access to high speed and high capacity 5G.

Adaptive Mobility is a simple, flexible and modular Mobile, Mobile Broadband and Enterprise Wireless solution now built on our new and upgraded digital platforms.

No, this change only impacts Mobile plan categories. Please note that IoT, LPWAN and Telstra Wireless Machine to Machine categories are excluded.

The Mobile Virtual Private Network feature, which enables intra-calling and short-code dialling between a customer’s business (‘on-net’ calls), will no longer be available on mobile plans from 15 December 2023. Also note that from 15 September 2023 you will be unable to move, add or change services that include these feature.

The Business Demand Data feature provides enhanced data treatment on 4G/LTE on the Telstra mobile network during times of high traffic demand. It will no longer be available on mobile plans from 15 December 2023. Also note that from 15 September 2023 you will be unable to move, add or change services that include these feature.

There is no need to wait until the exit date to make changes. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to allow for sufficient time to discuss options and, where required, enter new or vary current agreements.
