As part of our strategy to provide our customers with a modular, curated, self-service and simplified product portfolio, at times we undertake reviews of older products and services. We previously advised in December 2022 – that some of our mobile plans would be discontinued on 30 June 2024.
Since then, we've been working closely with customers to migrate services on those plans to alternative products.
In order to support you to facilitate the successful transition of your remaining services prior to exit, we are extending the exit date to 31 October 2024. However, to enable a smooth exit by this date, we request that you engage with us to advise your intentions and make suitable arrangements for those services as soon as possible, and no later than 19 July 2024.
If we haven’t heard from you by this date, our intention is to disconnect those services from 31 October 2024. If this becomes necessary, we will provide you with further notice confirming this.
Customers can continue to make changes to existing services on these plans until 31 October 2024.
