Frequently asked questions
Telstra Connect is for international and Australian-based Telstra Enterprise customers. Check the eligibility criteria to be sure you can benefit from Telstra Connect.
Telstra Connects four core capabilities have the following eligibility criteria:
· Incident Management is only available to customers with 70% or more of their products on Service Central
· Service Request is only available to customers with 70% or more of their products in Service Central
· Order Tracker is only available to customers who have less than 20 active IP and Data orders visible from MAXIM/AMDOCs and at least 70% are currently showing reliable estimated delivery dates. International customers and multi-entities are not currently supported
Network Performance is only available to Integrated Operations Management (IOM) customers. International customers are not currently supported.
