No, this is a once-off remote installation service. We’ll perform a service validation as part of your installation to make sure the software is installed correctly.

Yes, we offer installation of new and additional licenses for $200 per additional user. Microsoft 365 subscriptions are sold separately.
The Telstra Install – Microsoft 365 Business service is dependent on your underlying Microsoft 365 Business plan subscriptions (Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium). Only available for current compatible Microsoft 365 Business cloud licences, purchased through Telstra, Microsoft, or an authorised 3rd party Cloud Service Provider. You must validate information for installation with completion of a Presales Checklist prior to service installation, and provide us with accurate IT information, access to relevant systems and ensure you have working internet connectivity. Remote installation requires matching time commitments from the customer’s elected administrator for orientation, remote hand assistance or training.
