Members can choose to use their Telstra Plus points towards the purchase of tickets to Guns N’ Roses Australian Stadium Tour in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and the Gold Coast*. Three ticket levels are available for offer – Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Members can redeem a voucher via the Telstra Plus Rewards Store to be used as part-payment towards the purchase of tickets, with the final balance payable to Ticketek, including Service Fees.

• Points redemption and ticket purchase need to occur before 13 October 2022. Any unused vouchers will be refunded as points by 25 October 2022. Note: This is for Telstra Plus vouchers only. Ticketek terms and conditions apply once you have used your vouchers to purchase tickets.

1. Sign in to your Telstra Plus account using your Telstra ID and password. After signing in, you will be taken to the Guns N' Roses offer page.
2. Select the venue and then choose which type of ticket you’d like to purchase from the six Points + Pay options.
3. Complete the redemption of points for your ticket voucher in the Telstra Plus Rewards Store. Once your redemption order is complete, you’ll receive a voucher code to use on the Ticketek site. You’ll need to complete a new redemption for each ticket you intend to purchase. Please note, there is no payment required in the Rewards Store. The “Pay” component is completed on the Ticketek site.
4. Go to Ticketek and select your concert venue. Enter your Telstra Plus discount voucher code in the Ticketek order screen and select your seat/s. If you have multiple vouchers, each code needs to be entered on a new line in the voucher section.
5. Select your seat/s and proceed to the order confirmation page where you will nominate your ticket delivery option.
6. Confirm your order and proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase using the available payment methods. Your ticket will be sent to you from Ticketek.

You must have sufficient Telstra Plus points to redeem the offer at the full amounts shown; no partial payments are allowed.

Service Fees apply, which may include the service fee for the booking and handling fees paid to Ticketek.

You can redeem points for 1 voucher per transaction. You may obtain multiple vouchers by repeating the redemption process, ensuring you have sufficient points to redeem additional vouchers.

Once you have redeemed your points, we will send you an email with the code to be used to complete your purchase on the Ticketek site. The voucher code is also shown on the confirmation screen at the completion of your redemption process in the Telstra Plus Rewards Store.

• Check you’ve waited an hour since submitting your order. Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly however delivery may be subject to your mail server and connection conditions.

• To redeem the offer, you need to add your Telstra Plus voucher code/s to the Ticketek order page in the voucher box.

If you have not used your Telstra Plus voucher to purchase a Guns N’ Roses ticket before 13 October 2022 your points will be automatically refunded by 25 October 2022. No refunds will be processed prior to this date. Any changes or cancellations to tickets once purchased through Ticketek will be as per the Ticketek terms and conditions.
