Things you need to know
Telstra Plus:
You must be over 18 and have an eligible service on a Telstra business and/or consumer account to join. Excludes Telstra enterprise or corporate accounts.
Points are earned on payment of Telstra bill or pre-paid recharge (excl. refunds, credits & late payment fees). Points expire 3 years from earning. Marketing opt-in required (preferences can be changed).
Bonus points can be claimed once per customer account
For new or existing Telstra Plus members
You can recycle as many devices as you like however you’ll only receive bonus points for one device.
Bonus points will be applied to your account within 14 days.
The trade-in program is managed by Kingfisher Mobile Australia Pty Ltd. To be eligible for the trade-in program, you must be aged 18+, with a post-paid service with us (other than a Telstra Upfront Mobile Plan). You may only trade-in a device from Kingfisher’s list of eligible devices. Devices subject to Telstra Mobile Lease Plans are ineligible. The trade-in credit offer will vary depending on your device type, the model and the working condition of your device, and is subject to device assessment. Device may be returned to you and trade-in credit not applied if: the condition of your device doesn't match that of your application; your data is not wiped; or device security locks or device tracking features are not disabled. Credit will be applied within 2 billing cycles.
