Any Telstra Plus points more than three year's old will expire after your four-year membership anniversary. Only unused points earned in your first membership year will expire at this time. From then, any unused points over three years’ old will expire on a yearly basis.
Your points will expire on the last day of the month of your membership anniversary.
When you use your points, the oldest points will be used first to make sure you have as much time as possible to redeem that something special.
We’ll notify you of when your points will expire and the number of points in the My Telstra app and when you sign in to Telstra Plus (address).
We want members to get the most value out of their points as soon as you can by redeeming in the Rewards Store or via your Telstra TV.
The Telstra Plus program expires points after three years, as stated in our Terms and conditions
You can use/redeem your Telstra Plus points for discounts on devices, accessories and more in our Rewards Store. If you don’t have enough points to redeem a product outright, we do have the option to purchase a range of items using points and pay.
