Touring the east coast in celebration of their forthcoming album, Head Carrier, the tour sees vocalist/guitarist Black Francis, drummer David Lovering and guitarist Joey Santiago welcome bassist Paz Lenchatin to the Pixies’ permanent line-up.

Lenchantin has been the band’s touring bassist since January 2014, and played an integral part in the recording of Head Carrier (out September 30 through Pixiesmusic/Play It Again Sam). Her cool and dreamy soprano can be heard singing lead on the track ‘All I Think About Now’.

Set lists from recent UK shows have soared between the old and new, from their 1987 debut to tracks from the forthcoming album. The Telegraph exclaiming “Pixies pummel the Brixton Academy with songs of visceral brilliance,” and The Independent stating “Their job here was done, and done wonderfully.”
