We've reviewed your typical network usage and we reasonably believe that the new $105/mth Basic Plan with a lower monthly cost and lower speeds might better suit your needs. We'll automatically move you to our $105/mth Basic Plan from October 2024.

When will my plan change?

If you move to our $105/mth Unlimited Business Internet Basic Plan, you don’t need to do anything. We'll process the change and it will take effect in 30 days. You'll see the change in your upcoming or next bill after the change. On your bill, you may see part-month charges for your current plan and part-month charges for your new plan.

Our plans are not in a lock-in contract. All of our plans are casual month-to-month plans. If you have a modem provided and you disconnect within 24 months of activation, you’ll pay a one-time sum of $9 per month for the months remaining in the 24-month period, starting from when you originally connected the service.

There are no restrictions on adding any additional voice lines or IDD packs to your new $105/mth Basic Plan.

No. Speed add-ons require a plan with premium speeds or more.

Yes, your cameras and Point of Sales (POS) should continue to work fine. However, if you do notice a change to your experience or add any extra Internet of Things (IOT) products, you can contact us.

You can always give us a call back and we’ll upgrade you to a plan with a higher speed. However, once you upgrade, you’ll be unable to return to the Unlimited Business Internet Basic Plan as it’s an invitation-only plan.

No, based on our information, we’ve only offered the new Basic Plan for this specific service.

Until now, you have been on the best plan available for you. This is a new plan for customers who, based on our information, we reasonably believe are not using the full speed of their plan.

No, your discounts have expired and will be removed from your current plan whether you switch plans or not. By moving to the $105/mth Basic Plan, you'll pay $105/mth instead of $115/mth for your current plan without the discount.

You’ll either have a $10, $15 or $20 discount, which will be removed.

Things you need to know

An nbn service can never go faster than the maximum line speed available at your premises. 

The nbn® tier figures represent wholesale maximum network speeds during off-peak periods. The nbn® tier figures and ‘typical busy period speeds’ are not measures of customers’ actual in-premises speeds, which may be slower. Not all customers receive these speeds. Plan prices

Your plan and add-ons may change (including price and inclusions). If you don’t like a change, you can change your plan or cancel your plan or add-ons.  If you cancel, just pay out your device, accessories and services in full.
