To view your Pre-Paid expiry

On your smartphone or tablet:

  1. Open the My Telstra app
  2. Go to Services
  3. Select your Pre-Paid service 
  4. View your expiry on the services screen.

On your desktop:

  1. Sign into My Telstra using your Telstra ID
  2. Go to Services
  3. Select your Pre-Paid service
  4. View your days left on the services screen.

To view your Pre-Paid balance

On your smartphone or tablet:

  1. Open the My Telstra app
  2. Go to Services
  3. Select your Pre-Paid service 
  4. View your balance on the summary screen.

On your desktop:

  1. Sign into My Telstra using your Telstra ID
  2. Go to Services
  3. Select your Pre-Paid service
  4. View your balance on the summary screen.
