How do I view my Pre-Paid expiry date and balance?
You can view or check your Pre-Paid expiry and balance in My Telstra.
To view your Pre-Paid expiry
On your smartphone or tablet:
- Open the My Telstra app
- Go to Services
- Select your Pre-Paid service
- View your expiry on the services screen.
On your desktop:
- Sign into My Telstra using your Telstra ID
- Go to Services
- Select your Pre-Paid service
- View your days left on the services screen.
To view your Pre-Paid balance
On your smartphone or tablet:
- Open the My Telstra app
- Go to Services
- Select your Pre-Paid service
- View your balance on the summary screen.
On your desktop:
- Sign into My Telstra using your Telstra ID
- Go to Services
- Select your Pre-Paid service
- View your balance on the summary screen.
