How do I set up, manage, or cancel auto recharge for my Pre-Paid service?
With auto recharge for your Pre-Paid service, you don’t have to worry about forgetting to recharge in order to stay connected. We’ll still send you SMS notifications when you’re approaching your 28 day expiry.
Before you begin:
- you’ll need a Telstra ID
- you must be the Account holder
- you must have an active recharge
- your current recharge must not be expiring in the next 24 hours. If it’s due to expire, complete your next recharge and then follow the instructions to set up auto recharge online. The auto recharge setup option is at the end of the flow.
