Your post-paid mobile plan is becoming upfront
We’ve updated your plan to give you more choice, flexibility and control.
Nothing to hide
There are no more bills
Your monthly payment date is aligned to the start date of your new upfront plan. We'll debit the monthly cost from your nominated payment method, credit card or bank direct debit, and give you a digital tax invoice once it’s been paid. You can view your payments and download your invoices using the My Telstra app.
If you have any other services with Telstra, such as fixed internet service, you will continue to receive a bill for these services as you have been.
It’s simple and flexible
With no lock in contracts, you can change your plan each month to meet your needs. You can add or remove extras, and only pay for what you need. You can also change your data allowance each month.
