Your Telstra Smart Home Hub needs power and an internet connection to work.

If there’s a power or internet failure you’ll lose some functions and you won’t be able to monitor your home.

Can I still get in to my home if I have Smart Door Lock?

You can open your door by entering the PIN code you set for your lock.  

What happens when the power comes back on?

So long as your home internet connection also comes back on, your Telstra Smart Home Hub will automatically reconnect and start working again.
