- If you chose a repayment option you’ll see part-month charges and a month-in-advance charge.
- If you chose to purchase outright there will just be a single charge.
Where do the charges for professional installation appear on my bill?
If you have ordered a professional installation the charges will appear in the summary section.
What happens if I cancel Telstra Smart Home service?
We’ll refund any days you’ve paid for but haven’t used.
If you cancel before your contract ends, you’ll have to pay an Early Termination Charges and any outstanding device payments.
