Check the following:
- The light switch or connection to power is ON.
- Your mains power is operational
- You have disabled any existing motion sensor attached to the floodlight socket.
If you’ve checked all these and it’s still not working;
Do a factory reset:
- Turn the power switch OFF/ON 20 times in quick succession
- The light bulb will flash four times to show it’s successfully reset.
