Try the steps below if the light on your Smart Power Plug isn’t lighting up.

  1. Check the power point is switched on
  2. If the Smart Plug is connected to a power board, check the power board is working
  3. Turn the ON/OFF button on the Smart Power Plug off, then on again
  4. The light should now glow green
  5. If the light doesn’t glow green, do a factory reset
