If you have trouble with your Telstra Smart Home cameras, resetting it may fix the problem. Here’s how to do it.

  1. On the back of the camera, hold down the WPS button for 12 seconds
  2. When the lights on the camera switch off, the camera is reset
  3. Pair the camera to your Smart Home Hub
