Why can’t I see my camera feed on the Telstra Smart Home® Web Portal?

 
If your camera live feed isn’t loading in the Telstra Smart Home® Web Portal, it might be a problem with Adobe® Flash® Player.
 
 
To fix the issue follow these checks:
 
  1. Install the latest version of Adobe® Flash® Player to your device.
  2. Make sure Adobe Flash Player is activated.
  3. Check the Telstra Smart Home® Web Portal is an ‘allowed’ site for Adobe® Flash® Player.
