How do I get my Google Home to work again?

  1. Unlink your Google Home app from your Telstra Smart Home account
  2. Link them again using your new Telstra ID password.

Will my Google Home nicknames still work?

No - all your Google Home nicknames and hotkeys are deleted when you unlink your Google Home app from your Telstra Smart Home.
