Here’s what to do if the time or the date is wrong on your Telstra Smart Home app or alerts:

  1. Turn the Smart Home Hub OFF for 10 seconds
  2. Now turn the hub ON
  3. The hub will reboot.

If this doesn't resolve it, contact Smart Home Faults on 13 22 00

 

Good to know:

  • Previous activities will still show the incorrect time or date, but all activities after a successful reboot will show the correct time and date.
