Here’s what to do if the time or the date is wrong on your Telstra Smart Home app or alerts:
- Turn the Smart Home Hub OFF for 10 seconds
- Now turn the hub ON
- The hub will reboot.
If this doesn't resolve it, contact Smart Home Faults on 13 22 00
Good to know:
- Previous activities will still show the incorrect time or date, but all activities after a successful reboot will show the correct time and date.
