It may be the way you’ve named your Smart Light Bulbs. Here’s a list of possible problems and how to fix them in the Alexa app.
- You may have two Smart Light Bulbs with similar names
Give one bulb a name that’s clearly different from the other.
- Your Smart Light Bulbs name may be similar to a group name
Rename the bulb using different words to the group name.
- Your Smart Light Bulb name has numbers or special characters
Remove any numbers and special characters from the name.
- If your Smart Light Bulb is connected into a lamp
Add the word ‘light’ to the bulb name.
