It may be the way you’ve named your Smart Light Bulbs. Here’s a list of possible problems and how to fix them in the Alexa app.

  1. You may have two Smart Light Bulbs with similar names
    Give one bulb a name that’s clearly different from the other.
  2. Your Smart Light Bulbs name may be similar to a group name
    Rename the bulb using different words to the group name.
  3. Your Smart Light Bulb name has numbers or special characters
    Remove any numbers and special characters from the name.
  4. If your Smart Light Bulb is connected into a lamp
    Add the word ‘light’ to the bulb name.
