The Telstra One Number subscription will be added to your monthly Telstra mobile bill. It will appear just below the service it relates to on your bill (see example below).

When will I start being charged? 

The first three months will be free. After that, the $5 monthly charge will start and will continue until your subscription is cancelled. If you cancel your subscription part way through a month, you’ll only be charged up to the date of cancellation.

Why was I charged? I thought it was free for three months

It can take up to two bill cycles for your Telstra One Number subscription credit to appear on your bill, after you’ve subscribed.

What will appear on my bill if I make one call from my Telstra One Number device and another from my mobile phone at the same time?

There will be two separate lines on the bill showing each call. Please note that making calls in this manner requires both devices to have a mobile network connection: it can’t be done using a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection.
