Telstra 24x7® App

Download the Telstra 24x7 App on your smartphone or tablet to manage your Pre-Paid service on the go.

What you can do:

  1. Check your balance

  5. Download a tax invoice

Good to know:

  • You don’t need credit to view your details if you access the app from a Pre-Paid device in Australia. However, data charges will apply for downloading the app.

Telstra 24x7 My Account

Bring your Telstra services together with Telstra 24x7 My Account. Just sign in with your Telstra ID, select Settings in the top right corner, then select Account settings and select Add an account. When prompted, enter the number you wish to add, then press Save.

If you don’t have a Telstra ID, register now.
