Add a Plus Pack on Pre-Paid Max™


Plus Packs are a great way to get extra data or international roaming data on your mobile. You can choose from the following packs:


When you purchase a Plus Pack, the amount is debited from your recharge credit. If your credit has run out, you’ll need to recharge, then add additional recharge credit to purchase your pack.


How to Purchase a Plus Pack

Telstra 24x7 App

  1. First, make sure you have an active recharge
  2.  
  3. If your credit is at $0.00, you’ll need to add recharge credit to purchase your pack
  4.  
  5. From your dashboard, select the Pre-Paid number you wish to add a Plus Pack to
  6.  
  7. Scroll down to Plus Packs and tap Purchase Plus Pack.
  8.  
  9. Select the pack you wish to add
  10.  
  11. Choose the dollar value you’d like to purchase and tap Purchase Plus Pack
  12.  
  13. Select Confirm to finalise the amount
  14.  
  15. Finally, tap OK, and you’ll see a confirmation message.

 

You can view your new balance, expiry data and recharge history on the Service summary page. It may take a few minutes for your balance details to update.

 

Telstra 24x7 My Account®

 

  1. Sign in to Telstra 24x7 My Account using your Telstra ID and password
  2.  
  3. Your 24x7 My Account dashboard will be displayed
  4.  
  5. Ensure you have an active recharge
  6.  
  7. Select Pre-Paid above your phone number, then click on Balance remaining
  8.  
  9. If your credit is at $0.00, you’ll need to add recharge credit to purchase your pack
  10.  
  11. Scroll down to Purchase Plus Packs
  12.  
  13. Select the pack you wish to add
  14.  
  15. Select the dollar value you’d like to purchase and click Redeem
  16.  
  17. Click Confirm on the pop-up, and you’re done.

 

You can see your new balance, expiry data and recharge history on the Balance remaining page. It may take a few minutes for your balance details to update.


Dialling #100#

  1. Ensure you have an active recharge
  2.  
  3. Dial #100# on your Pre-Paid phone and press Send or Call
  4.  
  5. Your plan and expiry date will be displayed at the top of the screen
  6.  
  7. If your credit is at $0.00, you’ll need to add recharge credit to purchase your pack
  8.  
  9. Dial 5 for Plus Packs and hit Send or Reply
  10.  
  11. Dial the number of the pack you wish to purchase and hit Send or Reply
  12.  
  13. Follow the prompts to confirm the purchase of your Plus Pack.


You can see your new balance, expiry data and recharge history on the ‘Home’ screen. It may take a few minutes for your balance details to update.

 

Using m.telstra.com

  1. Ensure sure your Wi-Fi is switched off
  2.  
  3. Type m.telstra.com into your internet browser on your Pre-Paid device (smartphone, tablet, dongle or mobile broadband)
  4.  
  5. My Pre-Paid will display on your dashboard
  6.  
     
  7. Scroll down to Credit remaining, and if your balance is at $0.00, you’ll need to add recharge credit to purchase your pack
  8.  
  9. Once you’ve recharged, scroll down the My Pre-Paid page and select Buy extras
  10.  
     
  11. Select the pack you wish to add
  12.  
     
  13. Choose the dollar value you’d like to purchase
  14.  
  15. Select Confirm to continue to payment.

Good to know

You must have an active recharge to use your Plus Pack.

All Plus Packs (except International Roaming Browse Plus Packs) exclude calls, texts and MMS to premium numbers (for example 19xx numbers), satellite numbers, content charges (including third-party charges), 13 numbers and use while overseas.
