How do I add my Pre-Paid mobile to Telstra 24x7 My Account?

 

If it’s your first time on Telstra 24x7 My Account:

  1. Sign in with your Telstra ID. Don’t have one? Register here.
  2. Select Add an Account
  3. Fill in the form, then click Continue
  4. We’ll SMS an ID verification code to the mobile number you’re registering
  5. When prompted, enter the code – and your new device will be registered
  6. You’ll see the new service in Telstra 24x7 My Account within 24 hours.

 

If you’ve already used Telstra 24x7 My Account:

  1. Sign in with your Telstra ID
  2. Select Account Settings from the Settings dropdown
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, select Add an Account
  4. When prompted, enter the mobile number you’re adding, and then click Save
  5. You’ll see the new service in Telstra 24x7 My Account within 24 hours.
