‘Back Order’ means the product is currently not in stock, but should be soon. You can still order it, but your delivery will be delayed until the stock arrives.
What happens if I order a device that is on Back Order?
If you place your order then you’re automatically on a waiting list for that device, so you get peace of mind that you’ll receive the item you want.
As soon as your device is back in stock, we’ll complete your order and dispatch it to you.
What if I don’t want to wait?
- You can choose another colour, size, or device that’s in stock; or
- Check if they have the item you want in stock at your local Telstra store.
Will I be updated?
Yes - we’ll send you a notification when your device is ready for delivery.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes you can – unless your item has been dispatched. Call us on 13 22 00 to discuss your options.
