How do I check my mobile or tablet contract?

Check your contract details including when your contract ends, the Early Termination Charge for your plan and your device buy out amount with Telstra 24x7® App, Telstra 24x7 My Account or by using our online form.  


On the Telstra 24x7 App:

If you haven’t already, download the app here and login using your Telstra ID

  1. Open the Telstra 24x7 App
  3. Login with your Telstra ID
  5. Select the number that you want to check the contract for
  7. Select ‘My Plan’ on the top of the screen








On Telstra 24x7 My Account:

  1. Sign in to Telstra 24x7 My Account
  3. Select the number that you want to check the contract for
  5. Select View contract details.





With the online form:

If you don’t have access to the Telstra 24x7 App or Telstra 24x7 My Account, you can view your service contract details and any service or device Early Termination Charges - with our online form.


What about Early Termination charges?

These are fees you may need to pay if you choose to:

  • Cancel a mobile, mobile broadband, tablet, home broadband or bundle service before your contract ends
  • Change your mobile or tablet plan before your contract ends
  • Change to a non-eligible plan before your contract ends
  • Move your mobile to a pre-paid or casual plan before your contract ends


Good to know

You may also need to pay any remaining accessory repayments. Those amounts, if any, are in addition to the amounts shown.
