How do I check my International Day Pass usage?
You can keep track of your roaming usage with our self-help tools. Those tools are free to access in Australia and overseas.
My Telstra app
Download or open the My Telstra app
Select Services in the bottom bar then find your service
If international roaming is enabled, you'll see the word Roaming next to your mobile number
Select your service to view your usage in more detail
Telstra 24x7 app
Download the app if you haven’t already
Open the Telstra 24x7 app
Sign in to the app with your Telstra ID
Select your mobile service
Scroll down, and select International Usage.
Open the Telstra 24x7 App
If you have not already done so, sign in to the app with your Telstra ID
View your usage on the main screen of the app’s Dashboard.
Telstra 24x7 My Account
If you have more than one account, you will need to select the relevant account from the blue bar at the top of the screen
Click on the data graph next to the service you want to check the international usage for
Select International Usage.
Telstra My Plan Manager (Mobile access only)
- Go to telstra.com/mpm on the mobile device you want to check
- View ‘usage’ at the top of the page.
Dial #108# to get usage alerts sent to your phone
You can also dial #108# to have data, voice, SMS, and MMS usage alerts sent to your Pre-Paid phone for free while you’re away. This is not available on tablets.
