What to do if your credit runs out too fast, or your data usage suddenly spikes:

  1. Check that your Pre-Paid offer includes data usage
  2. Check your balance, usage and history
    • Make sure your data sessions have ended before you view your history. The best way is to turn ON flight mode, view your usage, then turn it OFF again.

  3. Did you update apps or send or receive big files?
    • Look at the days and times of your usage; did you update software or apps on your device? Did you send or receive an email with large files attached?
    • Check out which downloads and uploads can add to your data usage
  4. Follow our tips on how to manage your data usage
  5. Still got recharge credit? Think about getting a Data Top-Up or Plus Pack
    • If you still have recharge credit left for calls and texts, you may be able to buy a Plus Pack or Top-Up Pack for extra data.
