How do I check my Pre-Paid balance online?

 

On your smartphone or tablet

  1. Open the Telstra 24x7® App
  2.  
  3. Select your Pre-Paid number
  4.  
  5. You’ll see your balance on the Service summary screen

 

On your mobile’s browser

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi on your device
  2.  
  3. Type m.telstra.com into your browser
  4.  
  5. You’ll see your balance on the first screen under Included bonuses & packs

 

On your desktop

  1. Sign into your Telstra 24x7 My Account
  2.  
  3. Select your Pre-Paid number from the drop-down at the top of the page
  4.  
  5. Select Balance remaining under the Balance & recharge to see your details

 

 

Good to know

Tax statements are only available after you've used your Pre-Paid credit for that month. This is because of the way GST is applied. The tax statements you can download are receipts, not tax invoices - but you can still use them in place of a tax invoice if you follow Australian Taxation Office guidelines.
