How will customers be informed of the changes to Directory Services?

From January to March 2018, we’ll inform you about these changes by a message on the back of your bill or an SMS to your Pre-Paid mobile service. On 1 April 2018, the new fees will be published on the Telstra website and in Our Customer Terms and the Voice Services Information Line (1800 811 210) will be updated with new pricing.

What alternatives do I have?

You can search for a number on www.whitepages.com.au or download the White Pages® app to search for a number on your smartphone. No fees apply when you search for a number using these methods. You can also order a printed version of the White Pages® online or call 1800 810 211 for a free copy.
