Will there be price changes?

Yes. From 1 November 2018, we’ll be making price changes to the monthly charge for some of our Telstra Voice and Telstra Home Phone plans.

What’s not changing?

There are no changes to the monthly charge on our Telstra Home Phone Local, Telstra Home Phone National and Telstra Home Phone Australia Ultimate plans. These plans make it easy to chat whether you’re calling next door, across the country or around the world. You can enjoy unlimited and 24/7 capped calling options and you can change your plan at any time, at no cost. For more information on these plans visit here

When will the price changes happen?

All price changes are effective from 1 November 2018.

How are we letting customers know about the changes?

We are emailing and writing to our impacted customers before the changes come into effect. Websites and brochures have also been updated with the new prices.

How do I know what plan I’m on?

You’ll find your plan name on your most recent bill or you can log into the Telstra 24/7 App.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can change your Home Phone plan at any time, at no cost.

You can browse our latest Home Phone plans online. Note that our Home Phone plans are also available on nbn network.

Are there any benefits for combining more than one service with Telstra?

Yes - you may want to consider our Telstra Bundles that offer great included value. You can change over to these at any time.

I receive the Telstra Pensioner Discount, are there any changes to the discount?

No, there are no changes to the Telstra Pensioner Discount.
