1. Make sure your antenna cable is connected firmly:
    • to the back of the Telstra TV, and
    • to the wall socket.
     

    Good to know:

    • To make sure your antenna cable is working, connect it to your TV set (not your Telstra TV).
     
  2. Using your Telstra TV remote:
    1. Open the menu by selecting the home button
    2. Select Settings
    3. Scroll down to Channel scan
    4. Select Scan again for channels
    5. Select Start finding channels.

What if I’m missing some channels on my Telstra TV?

Using your Telstra TV remote:

  1. Open the menu by selecting the home button
  2. Select Settings
  3. Scroll down to Channel scan
  4. Select Manual scan for channels.
