  1. Make sure your Telstra TV and mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
  2. Make sure you have the latest version of the app

    On your mobile device:

    1. Open the app
    2. Go to Settings
    3.  You’ll find your app’s version number is in the bottom right hand corner
    4. Check this against the latest version number on Google Play or the App Store.
  3. Make sure that ‘Telstra TV’ is in your app.
    You can check by selecting My List from the menu in the app on your mobile device.
