Update your browser to stay safe online

If you're seeing this message, you may need to update your browser.

Without the most up-to-date version of your browser, you may be more vulnerable to cybersecurity threats, such as viruses and ransomware.

You also may have problems viewing our latest site features, as Telstra's website does not support outdated browsers. Find out more about staying safe online.

To see the Telstra TV® Home screen, the universal search tool, and get live TV you need to have your Telstra TV connected to Telstra fixed broadband. If it’s not, these features will be disabled.

What if I’m on Telstra fixed broadband but I still can’t see the home screen or live TV?

  • Make sure your internet is properly connected

  • If you’re on a Wi-Fi network, try using a USB cable instead to get a better connection.

What if I’m connected by cable but I still can’t see the home screen?

If your Telstra broadband connection is good but you still can’t see the home screen, universal search tool, or live TV:

  • Reset your Telstra TV by holding the Reset button on the bottom of the unit for at least 20 seconds.

Good to know:

  • A factory reset will wipe all your downloaded apps and channels.

What if the factory reset didn’t work?

Call us on 13 22 00 and say ‘Telstra TV’.
