    How do I confirm my subscription has been cancelled?

    If you have successfully cancelled your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email from Foxtel Now, which will be sent to the email address linked to your Foxtel Now account when signing up through Telstra.

    How do I manage my account details and settings?

    Managing your Foxtel Now subscription is made simple and easy.

    To update or change your account details and settings, upgrade or downgrade your subscription or change your payment method, here’s how:

    Simply ensure you are logged into Foxtel Now on a web browser, and then select one of the links below. Alternatively, you can go to Manage your account.

    Change your account details

    Log-in to Foxtel Now to update the following details:

    • Name
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Phone number
    • Address
    • Marketing preferences.
       

    To do this:

    1. Login to Foxtel Now and select My Account from the Menu
    2. Select My Profile
    3. Update relevant fields
    4. Click Update my details to confirm changes.

    Change my payment method

    To change your Telstra Billing payment method to credit card:

    1. Login to Foxtel Now and select My Account from the Menu
    2. Click on My Billing details
    3. Enter your credit card details to add billing details
    4. Follow the prompts and click Save.

    Change your channel packages

    You can update or change your channel packages via My Account. To do this:

    1. Login to Foxtel Now and select My Account from the Menu
    2. Click Update package
    3. If you’d like to:
      • Add pack(s), click Add to cart on any pack(s) you want to add
      • Remove pack(s), click X next to the pack you want to remove from My Cart
    4. Click Update my package. The change will go through immediately.

    How do I recover my login details?

    If you have forgotten your password:

    1. Go to the Foxtel Now login page
    2. Select the method you wish to reset your password with
    3. Follow the prompts in the email or SMS sent to you to reset your password.
       

    If you have forgotten the email address you signed up with:

    What data usage do I have with Foxtel Now?

    Your Foxtel Now data usage will vary depending on the video quality of your stream. As a guide:

    • Standard Definition: 1.4GB per hour
    • High Definition: 3.2GB per hour

    Foxtel Now is the flexible, more accessible way to stream Foxtel TV series, movies and sport on your devices. Traditional Foxtel from Telstra is a broadcast service that allows you to effortlessly record, rewind and watch live sport, movies & shows in 4K on your TV screen. It requires a Foxtel iQ box.

    No, but you can watch On Demand content on your devices. First up, make sure you’ve downloaded the Foxtel Now app on your compatible iPad, iPhone or Android device.

    Login with your Foxtel Now e-mail and password. Go to On Demand on the Home Screen and choose from genres, channels, A-Z or check out highlights like Most Popular.

    Foxtel GO is included as part of your Foxtel Now subscription. It allows you to stream live TV and On Demand shows from your pack(s) ‘on the go’ via a compatible device (e.g. mobile phones or tablets with compatible operating systems) or on a PC/Mac with a Chrome or Safari browser. You can stream Foxtel GO anywhere within Australia when you’re connected to the internet.

    Foxtel Now users are able to log on to the Foxtel Go app on your compatible mobile and receive the benefits of both apps in the one without any reduction in entitlements.

    1. Download the Foxtel Go app on your compatible mobile
    2. Open and log in to the App using your Foxtel Now account and username.
       

    Good to know:

    • If you haven’t signed up to Foxtel Now yet, you can do so through the Telstra TV app if you have an eligible offer, or on the Foxtel Website.
    • Existing Foxtel Now users will be able to continue to use the Foxtel Now app on mobile until they transition to the Foxtel Go app.
    • Foxtel Now users will be able to download the Foxtel Go app, log in with the same email address, access their Foxtel Now entitlements and view content on the go.

    1. Scroll to App Store on the Telstra TV
    2. Navigate to the Foxtel Now app and follow the prompts download
    3. Follow the steps listed above to watch Foxtel Now.

    Your Foxtel Now subscription is a no-lock in contract. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to enjoy Foxtel Now until the end of your current billing month. If you cancel Foxtel Now from your Telstra Billing, you may not be able to select this billing payment method again if you reactivate your subscription.
     

    Cancelling my Foxtel Now subscription via web browser

    1. Go to Foxtel Now
    2. Sign in with your email address and password
    3. From the Menu, select Manage Account
    4. Click the Cancel Subscription button
    5. You will be transferred to the ‘Deactivate Service’ page. Follow the prompts and click on the Cancel Membership button
    6. If you have forgotten your login details, visit help and support to reset it.
       

    Cancelling my Foxtel Now Telstra billing via web and MyTelstra

    To stop your Foxtel Now subscription from appearing on your Telstra bill, you can follow the steps below. You can do these steps even if you have forgotten your Foxtel Now account log-in details. If you cancel Foxtel Now from your Telstra Billing, you may not be able to select this billing payment method again if you reactivate your subscription.

    Please note that cancelling this way only cancels your billing payment method via your Telstra bill: it does not cancel your subscription to Foxtel Now at the same time.

    Once you have cancelled your payment method with Telstra, you will be contacted by Foxtel Now to update your payment method in order to continue your subscription. If you choose not to do this, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will lose access to Foxtel Now.

    1. If you are using the web and using a compatible browser, go to the Telstra Offers Hub 
      • If you are using MyTelstra, you can start at the next step
    2. Sign into My Telstra using your Telstra ID
    3. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be in the ‘My Offers’ section of My Telstra
    4. Select Manage on your Foxtel Now offer
    5. Select Cancel
    6. Confirm cancellation
      • Note that by clicking Cancel, Telstra will no longer bill you for Foxtel Now as you have removed Telstra as you preferred method of payment for this subscription. This change will be reflected on your Telstra bill. Alternatively, to change your payment method to credit card, visit Foxtel Now billing.
