Most channels in your Foxtel from Telstra package are on the Foxtel app. You can see which channels are available here.
 

Good to know:

  • Sometimes we can’t show a particular programs or channels because we don’t have the internet broadcast rights.

Can I watch Fox Footy on the Foxtel app?

Yes, if you have a sport subscription you can watch it on the ‘Footy Play’ channel on the Foxtel app.
 

Good to know:

  • There is no ‘Catch Up’ for sport, Country Music Channel, or [V] Hits on the Foxtel app.

Can I control what my kids can watch on the Foxtel app?

Yes, the Foxtel app has parental controls.
 

To set up parental controls: 

  1. Open the Foxtel app 
  2. If you’re on a mobile phone, select the Menu symbol at the top left
  3. If you’re on a tablet, select the Settings symbol at the top right 
  4. Select Parental controls
  5. You’ll be asked to set a PIN using your Foxtel IQ box
  6. Choose the classifications you want to block or unblock
  7. You’ll see a lock symbol beside the blocked channels.

 

Good to know: 

  • All R-rated content is automatically blocked
  • You can’t set the parental control PIN in the app. You use your Foxtel IQ box. 
  • Only the account holder (the first username linked to your account) can change the parental control settings.
