What does the undeliverable message look like?
You may get a message that looks like this:
“The Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:
Reason: SPF: IP_ADDRESS is not allowed to send email from DOMAIN”
Why do I get this message?
Some email providers won’t allow other email providers to forward emails to them.
How can I fix it?
To allow email forwarding from Telstra Mail, contact the other email provider to request this function.
