You'll need two separate appointments, firstly with nbn™ and then with Telstra:

  1. nbn™, who is the wholesale network provider, will need to install the equipment to provide access to the new nbn™ network - ie they'll install nbn™ fibre and equipment to your premises.
  2. Then Telstra will attend the property to install the Telstra equipment that connects your products and services to the nbn™ network.
