If you’re an eligible Telstra home broadband customer, you have 3 bonus data top ups per calendar year. You can redeem a top-up on your Telstra 24x7 My Account or on the Telstra 24x7® App. Data top-ups are not compatible with plans that have unlimited data.
It can take up to 48 hours to activate your data top-up. You’ll receive an email when it’s being processed and another when your top-up is active.
Use the Telstra 24x7 App to get your data top up
- On your Dashboard, tap your home broadband service: this will take you to the 'Service Summary'
- Under 'Service Summary', select the 'Add Ons' tab
- Under ‘Applied Add-ons’, select the 'Free data top ups' option
- Select ‘Top Up Now’?
Use Telstra 24x7 My Account to get your free top up
- Login to Telstra 24x7 My Account. Need help with your Username or Password?
- Under the ‘Plans & usage’ tab, select ‘Plan details’
- Now select the internet account you’d like to top-up
- Under ‘Features’, select the ‘Top up now’ button to activate your top-up.
