How do I check my Telstra pre-paid balance?

 

Using My Telstra app or My Telstra:

  1. Download or open the My Telstra app or go to My Telstra in your browser
  2. Select the Services tab
  3. Find your service and you’ll see your remaining balance (across data, calls, text and international allowances)

 

Using #100#:

  1. Call #100# on your phone
  2. Select 3 and follow the prompts

 

Good to know:

  • You don’t need credit in your account to access any of the above, but you do need to have an active Telstra mobile service.
