How do I check my Telstra pre-paid balance?
Using My Telstra app or My Telstra:
- Download or open the My Telstra app or go to My Telstra in your browser
- Select the Services tab
- Find your service and you’ll see your remaining balance (across data, calls, text and international allowances)
Using #100#:
- Call #100# on your phone
- Select 3 and follow the prompts
Good to know:
- You don’t need credit in your account to access any of the above, but you do need to have an active Telstra mobile service.
